How our business came together is a great example of international thinking servicing local needs. Page Personnel was borne out of an internationally recognised recruitment force. Read on to find out the story behind Page Personnel...

Michael Page International was founded in 1976 in the UK. Starting in the Finance markets, the business grew rapidly over the next 31 years opening new disciplines and offices around the world. All of this was through organic expansion promoting internal talent into leadership roles.

In 1992, to build on the strong hold Michael Page International had built in the Finance markets, Accountancy Additions was launched in the UK. Complementing MPI's offering, Accountancy Additions focussed on recruiting junior and part qualified roles across the Finance Markets. Over the following years Accountancy Additions, like Michael Page International, expanded its operation in the UK up to how the business is today: 37 offices strong, and counting!

Meanwhile, something exciting was happening in Europe. 1994 saw the launch of Page Personnel. Where Accountancy Additions existed to service the financial markets, Page Personnel in Europe recruited junior roles across a multi-disciplinary platform.

Fast forward to today...
2007 has seen the launch of Page Personnel in the UK. Joining an international network of offices in Belgium, Brazil, France, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland and Spain, the UK operation will follow the same formula; gradual organic expansion. Accountancy Additions re-branded to Page Personnel in November 2007. As well as the Finance and Accounting markets, Page Personnel now also recruits across Secretarial, Office Support and Human Resources markets.

The Finance world talked to us as Accountancy Additions, the broader world of business loves us as Page Personnel.
